I wish to let you in on some good information that appears in The Saskatoon StarPhoenix starting today and runs for the next 12 weeks.
My friend and Eastbank cottage neighbour, Murray Hill, is offering up a blog of his recent experiences with prostate cancer surgery and recovery. He presents this series with a sprinkling of Hill humour that compliments the reality of the disease.
I invite you to bookmark the reading of this column as a part of your Monday activity. And I encourage all men (and encourage women to keep encouraging their guy) to make prostate check-up a part of your health maintenance regimen.

This Saturday, June 22nd we are having a LAKESHORE CLEANUP.
All are welcome to come and help. We will all meet at the Boat Launch at9:00 AMand will disperse to various waterfronts to pick up lakeshore items. A crew will also go from there to the North Beach to spread the new sand. Bring your boats if you wish. We need folks in waders to pick materials out of the water and rakes and spades for the sand. CALL DAN STREISEL AT 260 9604 IF YOU WANT MATERIALS REMOVED FROM YOUR SHORELINE.
It would be helpful if materials could be put on lawn or docks
1:00PM - Lunch at Randi and Brian Clark's for all volunteers. #12 EASTBANK
